Return Policy

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns due to customs regulations in Argentina. Since customs does not recognize returned products and may impose additional taxes, we are unable to process returns in these cases.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to address the issue and take necessary steps to replace or repair the item.

Incorrect or Mistaken Shipments

If you receive the wrong item or a shipping error has occurred, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and the incorrect item to be returned, at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it due to customs restrictions.
